Gabby Delivers Conflict Management Training to NHS Primary Care Frontline Staff via Zoom

Gabby, a Partner at The Training Network, recently delivered a dynamic Conflict Management training session online via Zoom to over 45 NHS Primary Care staff, including receptionists, administrators, secretaries, and other patient-facing professionals.

This interactive virtual session equipped front-line staff with practical skills to handle challenging interactions, de-escalate conflicts, and maintain professionalism under pressure. The training was highly engaging, leaving attendees with actionable strategies to enhance communication, foster positive patient relationships, and build workplace resilience.

The session was commissioned by Bromley Education Training Hub, BETH, for General Practices in Greenwich and Southwark, London Boroughs.
